28-year-old Lakshya Lalwani was born on 19 April 1996 to businessman Romesh Lalwani and Savita Lalwani. He is 5ft 8in tall. Lakshya attended St. Xaviers School in Delhi and then attended Delhi University. He holds a bachelors degree in Fine arts and photography. Lakshya has a sister named Poorvi Lalwani.

Lakshya Lalwani debuted as an actor in the television series Warrior High in 2015. He later portrayed Yuvraj Madhav Shekhawat/Krish in the 2015–2016 season of Adhuri Kahaani Hamari on &TV. Lakshya was chosen to play Veer Mehra in Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil (2016–2017) following his performance in an episode of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. In the historical television series Porus, he portrayed the title warrior from 2017 to 2018.
Following his three-film contract with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Laksh started to make his way into Hindi cinema. He also started filming Dostana 2, Johar’s movie, in November 2019, with the intention of making his debut with it in 2021.
However, it was postponed and then shelved. Along with Shanaya Kapoor and Gurfateh Pirzada, Lakshya Lalwani was set to make his screen debut in Johar and Shashank Khaitan’s love triangle Bedhadak; however, it got postponed. His first motion picture debut was in the action movie Kill by Dharma Productions, which debuted at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival.
