Recently, social media platforms have been buzzing with a viral video featuring a Dwarka based biker named age 23 Akshat Garg who lived in Dwarka getting killed on the spot when a car, driving on the wrong side, crashed into him in Gurgaon, Haryana where Akshat worked.
The tragic incident sparked widespread outrage, amid accusations that police allegedly attempts to cover up the case due to the driver’s political connections as there was a reportedly BJP sticker was present on the car.

Mahindra XUV Driver’s Identity
The driver of Mahindra XUV 300 was identified as age 25 Kuldeep Kumar Thakur, who reportedly runs a Public Relations, advertising, and political communications agency based in Ghitorni, near Gurugram, as per Thakur’s social media.
Kuldeep Thakur was driving a XV 300, which reportedly bore a sticker of Gaurav Gautam, a BJP candidate from the Palwal Assembly Constituency. Thakur’s social media allegedly features photos of Congress leader Rajeev Shukla.

In addition, Thakur’s business partner, who was linked with a separate company, reportedly ran anti-BJP campaigns in Haryana, prompting former Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala and the Jannayak Janta Party.
Additionally, there is a page titled, ‘Baat To Theek Hai,’ is managed by All Axis Media Tech, which is co-founded by Amit Anand, who shares an office with Thakur in Ghitorni, Delhi.
All Axis Media Tech also funded ads for ‘Pain of Palwal,’ a page critical of the current Congress MLA in Palwal and supportive of BJP’s Gaurav Gautam.
The fatal crash took place on September 15, 2024, when Thakur, driving on the wrong side of Gurugram’s Golf Course Road, collided with Akshat, a biker riding a sportbike.
After the fatal accident, Thakur was granted bail on the same day but has since gone into hiding, deactivating his social media accounts.
Charges against Kuldeep Thakur
As per reports, the authorities have registered an FIR against Kuldeep Thakur, charging him with causing death by negligence, rash driving, mischief causing damage, exceeding Rs. 20,000, and seeking compensation after a motor vehicle accident under Sec 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
