The arrest of the individual was confirmed by both Police Chief Tommy Cox and Stone County Sheriff Mike Farmer. After the killing, Hinton was taken by ambulance to South Central Regional Medical Centre. From there, he was taken to Hattiesburg’s Forrest General Hospital.
The Phoenix Police Department is still looking into what Keith Hinton was thinking when he shot, so they don’t know why he did it yet. In the meantime, the police are asking people to be aware of their surroundings and to call them if they see anything strange.
