Katalin Novák left her job on Saturday due to anger about a convict in a s*x abuse case being granted a pardon. Protests outside the Presidential Residence and pressure from opposition leaders were also present. In an address aired on state television, Katalin Novak formally announced her resignation.
44-year-old Katalin Novák was born on September 6, 1977, in Szeged to pediatrician Zoltán Novák and otaryngologist Katalin Mohácsy. Her husband István Veres is an economist and works with the Hungarian National bank. Katalin is 5ft 4in tall.
