Karim is a Russian-Tunisian Fencer. Over many years, he has represented his country Tunisia in several international competitions. Karim and Jabeur dated each other for a couple of years before finally marrying in 2015. His parents details are unknown.
Karim holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science. He made his transition from playing fencer to becoming a full-time physical trainer for the World No. 2 tennis player. Since then, he has regularly accompanied her to every tour and event.

In a column for BBC, Jabeur wrote as, “When I go back to Tunisia, people are very happy to see me. Even when driving, people sometimes clap and cheer for me. Jabeur made history at the 2022 Wimbledon Championships. She became the first Arab or North African player to reach the finals of a Grand Slam. A few weeks back, she also won the Madrid Open and lifted her first WTA1000 title and then ranked as World No. 2.
Jabeur has defeated Tatjana Maria in the penultimate fixture and now she will face Elena Rybakina in the finals.
