Not too long afterwards, the youngest son of the family was identified by authorities as the suspect who had been captured near Fort Indian Gap, Pennsylvania.

Mike Mohn was married to Denice Mohn, according to Stanley Mohn’s obituary. One of Stanley Mohn’s grandchildren that was named in the obituary was Justin Mohn.
The bigger picture
The suspect had sued the government on multiple occasions, claiming ignorance of the fact that taking out college loans did not ensure employment. Later, the action was dropped after the judge determined that his parents contributed to the student loan repayment.
As per Heavy, the suspect filed a fourth lawsuit against the United States in 2023, alleging that the country should have warned him that he might not find suitable employment as an overeducated white guy nearly ten years after he borrowed money for college.

Later, according to the lawsuit, he relocated to Colorado to take a full-time job with a credit union. He also took a full-time position with an insurance company, according to the lawsuit. He claimed to live in Colorado Springs on his since-deleted Facebook page.
