Manindra Mohan Shrivastava is a well-known Indian judge. He has been in the news because he was recently appointed as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court by the SC Collegium.
He was born on 6 March 1964 in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. After completing his schooling, he attended K R Law College, Bilaspur, where he studied law.
After being promoted to the rank of Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court in December 2009, he was transferred to the Rajasthan High Court on October 18, 2021, where he served as Acting Chief Justice.
Prior to becoming a judge, Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava practiced law at the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh High Courts after honing his legal skills at the District Court in Raigarh.
His practice covered a broad range of legal topics, including labor, taxation, constitutional law, services, civil issues, and criminal law.
