India Vs Pakistan war updates
According to reports, the Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) of both nations would meet to discuss the truce between India and Pakistan.
The Director General of Air Operations (DGAO) of the Indian Air Force (IAF), Air Marshal AK Bharti, stated on Monday, May 12, that Pakistan’s attempts to target Indian installations were successfully thwarted by India’s strong air defence system. He also added that all military bases and systems are still fully operational and prepared for any future attacks.
On Saturday, May 10, the two nations’ DGMOs met and decided to stop all military operations starting at 5 p.m. IST. A joint briefing on Operation Sindoor and its aftermath was held by the Armed Forces on May 11. Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai, India’s DGMO, revealed that India’s strikes on Pakistani terror camps killed over 100 terrorists.

India, according to Ghai, is fighting terrorists, not the Pakistani military. However, India was forced to retaliate due to Pakistan’s ongoing hostilities.
Additionally, a fresh NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) has been published, reopening the 32 airports that were closed because of the India-Pakistan conflict.
These airports, which are spread out across different areas, particularly in the districts that border them, will soon be operating again. However, because they will need to notify the passengers beforehand, the airlines can take a while to resume flying operations.
