Authorities reportedly detained Jenny Boetler, wife of Minnesota fugitive Vance Luther Boelter, during a traffic stop near Onamia, Minnesota, on the morning of June 14. Local reports indicated that law enforcement officials discovered a weapon, ammunition, a large sum of cash, and multiple passports inside the vehicle, which she had been sharing with several relatives at the time.

Although Jenny was held for questioning at the scene—where two police cruisers remained for nearly three hours—she was not taken into custody. It remained unclear whether she and Vance had been living together, as Vance was believed to reside in Camden, Minnesota. That residence was later raided by SWAT teams on Saturday afternoon.

Investigators were continuing to search for Vance Boelter in connection with a string of shootings. He was being sought for allegedly shooting Senator John Hoffman and his wife at their home in Champlin, reportedly leaving both victims seriously injured. He was also suspected of subsequently attacking the home of former Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortmon, where both she and her husband were believed to have been killed, as per information shared by law enforcement sources with The New York Post.

Jenny and Vance were said to jointly operate Praetorian Guard Security Services, a Minnesota-based company offering private security solutions. Jenny was listed as the President and CEO on the company’s official website, which described her as someone with extensive experience in organizational operations and logistical oversight. The site also stated that she had served on multiple boards and had played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across organizations.

Age 57 Vance and Jenny head Praetorian Guard Security Services, a Minnesota-based company which provides security services with Jenny serving as the CEO.

Boelter’s daughters are Faith, Hope, and Grace and two of his daughters are married.

Some of Boelter’s five children, four daughters and a son were homeschooled.

Age 57, Boelter who is an American Christian is a former public official who once held appointments under both Democratic governors of Minnesota and in 2016, he was appointed to the Governor’s Workforce Development Council by then-Governor Mark Dayton. While his wife Jenny’s age isn’t known, she is believed to be aged between 50-60 years.

Boelter who stands at 6 feet 1 inch graduated from St. Cloud University with an undergraduate degree in international relations and then went on to Cardinal Stritch University to receive a master’s degree in management and a doctorate in leadership for the advancement of learning and service.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Boelter stands at 6-foot-1, weighs 220 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen Saturday morning in Minneapolis, wearing a light-colored cowboy hat, dark long-sleeve shirt, light pants and carrying a dark bag.
