Umesh Pal was an Indian lawyer and also a politician, who was unfortunately shot dead in UP by Asad Ahmed, know about his wife Jaya Pal
Umesh Pal was shot dead near his house by the goons of Atiq Ahmed. The widow of Umesh filed an FIR against 27 people and also registered a complaint against the armed weapons they have. Umesh Pal died on the 24th of February 2023 and he is survived by his family and 4 children.
On the 15th of April, both Atiq and his brother got killed by 3 people when they were taken to Prayagraj for their case. Atiq and his brother were being taken for medical when they were attacked and shot dead. The shooters pretended to be media reporters.

Umesh Pal was born on the 20th of January and he hailed from Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. Umesh was married to his wife, Jaya Pal who is a homemaker. He was born to Shanti Devi and his brother-in-law’s name is Raju Pal, who was a politician. Umesh is survived by his four children.
On February 24th, a gunman opened fire at the home of lawyer Umesh Pal in Prayagra, Uttar Pradesh as he as the key witness in the murder case of BSP MLA Raju Pal, who was killed in 2005. Umesh Pal said that he was abducted on February 28, 2006, after he refused to cave to Atiq Ahmed’s demands.
Lawmaker Raju Pal was killed only a few months after winning the Allahabad (West) Assembly seat in his first election, when he faced and defeated the younger brother of former MP Atiq Ahmed, Khalid Azim in 2005.
While not much is known about Umesh’s wife Jaya, based on a complaint lodged by Umesh Pal’s wife Jaya Pal, a case was registered at Dhoomanganj police station against Ahmed, his brother Ashraf, wife Shaista Parveen, two sons, aides Guddu Muslim and Ghulam, and nine others. She thanked Yogi Adityanath and the UP government along with Umesh’s mother Shanti for avenging the death of Umesh.

Umesh was the key witness in the case of Raju Pal’s murder, who was a candidate of the Bahujan Party. Raju’s victory over gangster turned politician Atiq Ahmed’s younger brother Ashraf Alias Khalid Azim in a 2004 by-election in Uttar Pradesh made a rivalry between the both. On the 25th of January in 2005, When Raju was driving his car; he was shot 18 times when a man attacked him.
Atiq Ahmed was behind this murder. Umesh Pal was a member of the Bhartiya Janta Party in 2019 but later on Pal switched to the Samajwadi Party in 2022. Later, he left the Samajwadi party and again joined BJP after he failed to get a ticket in SP. In the murder case of Raju, Umesh Pal was the key witness and he was threatened by the goons of Atiq Ahmed. Later on, Umesh filed an FIR against Atiq Ahmed.
