The Incident reportedly occurred on June 23, 2021, when McMahon locked Grant inside his office, asserting dominance over her on a massage table. She claims to have been assaulted and received $15,000 in Bloomingdaleโs gift cards through McMahonโs assistant as compensation.
Grant further revealed explicit text messages from McMahon, where he openly threatened her and asserted control. In one message from May 2020, McMahon threatened her, stating, โIโm the only one who owns U and controls who I want to fโ U.โ
This isnโt the first time McMahon has faced such accusations, and the lawsuit implicates some of his co-workers as well. Grant, who initially contacted McMahon in March 2019 seeking employment, alleges that McMahon arranged for others, including John Laurinaitis, to engage in intercourse with her.

The lawsuit also claims McMahonโs involvement in disturbing acts, such as defecating on Grantโs head during a threesome in May 2020 and using adult toys named after WWE wrestlers. The allegations include McMahon sharing explicit photos of Grant with other WWE employees.
Grant has accused McMahon and Laurinaitis of civil battery and intentional infliction of mental distress, citing years of s*xual and emotional abuse.
Additionally, she claims that they violated the Trafficking Victims Prevention Act, stating that McMahon tasked her with producing customized s*xual content for a WWE star. The lawsuit identifies the WWE star and UFC fighter as Brock Lesnar, a prominent figure in the Stamford-based promotion.
McMahon allegedly informed Grant that part of Lesnarโs new contract was to involve s*xual activities. These revelations come at a time when McMahonโs public image has already suffered, with TKO Group CEO Ari Emmanuel expressing concern about negative publicity for their company.
The accumulating allegations could further tarnish McMahonโs reputation and potentially mark the end of his time in the world of professional wrestling.
