On Monday, 7.11.20, an insurance agent named Waiel Rebhi Yaghnam was sentenced to three years in prison for helping out the ‘Sweetie Pie’ star James ‘Tim’ Norman in carrying out the fraudulent murder of the latter’s nephew. Montgomery got killed by Norman’s hired hitman Travell Anthony Hill who got shot to death in 2016. Anthony Hill was pleaded guilty in June of 2022 and was sentenced to 32 years in prison. At the same time, Norman got convicted in the following September for fraud charges and was hired for the murder.
The insurance policy which James ‘Tim’ Norman got was $200,000 for the accidental death as rider would pay out if Montgomery died of something other than natural causes and a $50,000 term rider would pay if Montgomery died within 10 years of the policy’s issuance.

Waiel Rebhi Yaghnam was a local St Louis and Norman insurance agent who got suspected in the murder that led to the death of Montgomery in year 2016. He pleaded guilty on 7.11.22 Monday and he was sentenced prison for 3 years. Yaghnam and Norman conspired for obtaining Montgomery’s life insurance by fraudulent means and planned his murder by hiring the hitman who killed Montgomery near Fairground Park on 14th of March in 2016.
Montgomery stepped outside the recording studio for attending a phone call when he was shot five times by Anthony Hill. After the murder happened, Yaghnam and Norman had deposit three separate life insurance applications which contained false statements about Montgomery’s income, net worth, medical history, employment, and family background. As per Montgomery’s grandmother, the perpetrators even took the victim’s phone for hiding all the pieces of evidence.
