Taking the matter to Instagram, age 24, 5 feet 4 inches tall Aman Ramgarhia who is from Batala, Punjab, addressed the issue in a now-viral post. In her post, she shared the entire truth regarding the alleged video and scolded the social media users who shared it.
While explaining her side of story, Aman penned that everyone experiences private moments in their life. Her only mistake was allowing her moment to be recorded and blamed one of her friends for spreadingย the video.

In her Instagram post, Aman wrote, โI admit I made some mistakes and I apologize for them. This is an old matter, and I have already reported it to cybercrime. Criticizing those who shared the video, Aman questioned what they would do if a similar incident happened to their family members.โ
Additionally, she also mentioned that the matter has now gone beyond limits. In her Instagram post, she stated that for the past few days, people have been talking about her, but she couldnโt gather the courage to speak up.
However, things have now crossed all boundaries. People have been promoting the video without considering its impact on her life.
Aman further wrote, โSince the incident came to light, I started distancing myself from social media. I went through a severe phase of depression, and my friends and family know what I have been through. I even tried to harm myself several times, but somehow, I survived each time.โ
She reprimanded social media users, stating that many pages are sharing the video just to gain a few thousand followers, while some people are forwarding it to others for fun without caring about its impact on othersโ lives.
In addition to explaining her side of story, Aman, also requested social media users to not to forward the video.
