To find the terrorists who attacked a bus full of pilgrims in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi area on Sunday night, June 9, a large search and rescue operation has been initiated. Ten people lost their lives in the incident, while 33 others were injured. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has reportedly been given a case investigation assignment by the Home Ministry.

Netizens questioned why prominent Indians, who had before shown sympathy for Rafah in southern Gaza, where an Israeli bombing resulted in 45 fatalities and over 200 injuries, remained silent in the wake of the Reasi terror assault.

The tragedy happened as the bus was travelling back to Katra, the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine’s base camp, from the Shiv Khori shrine. Terrorists intercepted the bus and started shooting from inside the surrounding woodland. The driver lost control of the car after being hit by a gunshot, which caused it to roll down a canyon.
