Aadesh Soni accused Christians of “brainwashing children” through conversion attempts. His aim was to “kill all Christians, violate the honour of their daughters and daughters-in-law, commit obscene acts against them, forcibly enter Christian homes, and spare no one but corrupt them all,” according to Aadesh Soni’s social media declaration.
Soni specifically stated that Christian families would be targeted, their leaders would be killed, and any evidence of their faith would be removed from the area when he urged his supporters to gather at least 50,000 people for an attack on March 1, 2025.

He further included Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati’s lecture at Prayagraj, in which he proclaimed that Hindus must “kill all Christians, and none should be spared,” in his Facebook post.
Self-described life coach, communication trainer, poet, and author Aadesh Soni hails from Chhattisgarh, India, and has recently been under fire for his divisive and destructive speech against the Christian community. He is married and has a son as well.
According to Arun Pannalal, head of the Chhattisgarh Christian Forum, “bloodthirsty right-wing groups support Aadesh Soni, and the group he represents has the backing of figures like Avimukteshwaran and Saraswati.”
In a letter to Vishnu Deo Sai, the chief minister of Chhattisgarh, the Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) expressed “deep concern” about the hate speech.
Ahead of the scheduled Morcha on March 1, 2025, the NBCC made a strong case for the Chief Minister to act quickly and forcefully to stop possible violence and protect communities that are at risk.
It specifically denounced the comments about women and children, calling them extremely upsetting and a danger to social harmony.

In an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Christian social reformer Vishal Mangalwadi urged him to step in and stop the widespread anti-Christian violence being plotted against Christians.
“These threats of the massacre cannot be ignored because the gang that burnt alive Graham Staines and his two sons in Honourable President Smt Murmu’s former constituency, Mayurbhanj, also claimed to be cow-defenders,” he added.
