But the social media star was quickly engulfed in controversy after his sister accused him of assaulting her for disclosing photos of Ayesha, who had been keeping her identity secret from the public, in a FIR.

On October 1, Adnaan Shaikh addressed the current debate on his Instagram reel post. He said he thinks certain ‘PRs’ have been trying to take advantage of his recent ‘hyped-up’ wedding. The social media celebrity uploaded a video to Instagram and said, ”Hi everyone, toh main dekh raha hoon ki teen chaar din se kuch rumors phail rahe hain aur main inn sab par reply karna munasib nahi samjha.โ
Iffat, who has filed a formal complaint against Adnaan Shaikh, used her Instagram stories to share Ayesha’s face, despite Ayesha and Adnaan’s specific instructions to the paparazzi and wedding guests not to show her face in any of the photos taken.
The situation escalated further when reports surfaced that Adnaan allegedly hit his sister Iffat who is an UPSC aspirant after she leaked photos of his wife and Iffat, standing outside Bangur Nagar police station in Goregaon, confirmed that an FIR had been registered against her brother for the assault.
Iffat further stated in the interview that Adnaan and Riddhi Jadhav got married in November of last year (2023) and that Ayesha was formerly Riddhi Jadhav, an Indigo airlines airhostess and converted from Hinduism to Islam to marry Adnaan. Iffat also revealed previously unreleased photos of Ayesha when she was known as “Riddhi Jadhav.” She also included a slide with a photo of Riddhi and her whole family with her claiming that Rashmi was the mother of Riddhi with her having a brother named Ritesh as well.

According to Instagram page Tellyglam, Adnaan Shaikh and Ayesha (Riddhi Jadhav) tied the knot in November 2023 and officially married in September 2024 after Adnaanโs Umrah. Shortly after their secret wedding, the couple went to Dubai to celebrate Ayeshaโs special day.
The media handle has also posted a screenshot of their communication with Adnaan in which Adnaan requested them to remove a certain video. Additionally, an unseen photo of Adnaan and Ayesha (Riddhi) during their trip to Dubai last year was uploaded on the handle.
Allegations against Adnaan
Adnaan’s sister reportedly accused him of beating her, although it’s unclear exactly what happened during their fight or what caused the problem. Adnaan’s sister allegedly revealed that she had made a formal complaint against the former Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant as she was outside the Bangur Nagar police station in Goregaon.
