Originally from Kazipet, 27 year old Venkataramana Pittala had embarked on his journey to the United States to pursue higher education after completing his bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from the NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh. His pursuit of academic excellence and his dreams of a successful career came to a tragic end during a jet-ski accident.
The incident happened on Saturday, March 9, at the Fury Playground next to Wisteria Island, according to the local media. One 14-year-old boy was also injured in the tragedy, but he was able to escape safely.
