Investigators are still determining the full extent of his work locations in Michigan and beyond.
He received his educational medical license in 2011 in Michigan, which expired in 2015 and was relicensed in 2018 in Michigan, and it remains valid. He is an internal medicine doctor and has no public disciplinary actions.
