Sayali Satghare (born 2 July, 2000) is an Indian all-round cricketer who represents Mumbai, the place where she was born in domestic cricket and plays for the Gujarat Giants in the Women’s Premier League (WPL). She made her List A debut against Punjab in the 2015–16 Senior Women’s One Day League on 15 November 2015. Her Twenty20 debut came against Tripura in the 2019–20 Senior Women’s T20 Trophy on 14 October 2019.

In March 2024, she made her first-class debut for West Zone against Central Zone in the 2023–24 Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi-Day Trophy. Notably, Satghare scored an unbeaten century against Arunachal Pradesh in the 2023–24 Senior Women’s One Day Trophy. Around February 2024, Satghare was signed by Gujarat Giants as a replacement for Kashvee Gautam at a reserve price of ₹10 lakh to play in the 2024 WPL.
Sayali made history by becoming the first player to make her WPL debut as a concussion substitute for Dayalan Hemalatha. With the ball, Sayali Satghare has proven to be equally impactful, taking 56 wickets at an impressive average of 20.60.
