The accompanying post conveyed a message of disdain towards critics, stating, “May they find contentment in their arrogance, falsehoods, pessimism, and ignorance.”

It also warned against the divisive agenda of the critics, emphasizing that old habits die hard and the people’s wisdom will lead to more challenges for them in the future.

India Today’s post, titled ‘Meltdown-e-Azam’ and featuring anchor Shiv Aroor, showcased the Congress’s reaction to their electoral setback.

Assembly Election Result

For those unfamiliar with the recent political developments, the BJP’s sweeping victory in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh on Sunday marked a significant setback for the Congress, reinforcing the BJP’s influence in the Hindi heartland.

This success provided a substantial boost for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and set the tone for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Despite losing in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh, the Congress found some consolation in Telangana, where it ousted the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).
