Paris Oda’s suicide murder

According to media, a neighbour and friend of the family said that Paris Oda’s wife, Naoko Oda, would sometimes help out at her husband’s chiropractic clinic. Paris Oda’s employees revealed that he was a loving family man who was very close to his wife and three kids. One employee, Cammy Divers mentioned that he would wake up early to make breakfast and pack lunch for his family, letting his wife sleep in. She thought he was a really good husband and dad.

Divers said that Oda used to be a nice and friendly person, but he started to change last year. She noticed that he seemed sad and depressed before the incident happened. “He seemed different—never smiled and looked grumpy sometimes. I felt scared to talk to him because he seemed really unhappy.”

The police revealed this event was one of the second-worst mass murders in Hawaii’s recent history, but they didn’t give a reason for why it happened. However, according to Oda’s employees, they believed he was having serious money problems.
