Recently, reports emerged online indicating that Colbie Young has been arrested following misdemeanor charges of assault and battery.
As per media reports, the football wide receiver was booked into the detention center at around 4:00 a.m. ET after charges of assault and battery were filed against him by reportedly his ex-girlfriend. However, the player was released on $2,500 bond.

As per media reports, his ex-girlfriend age 20 alleged that on Tuesday, she went to Colbie Youngโs apartment at around 12 to discuss their relationship, only to find out that he was on a call with another woman.
Furthermore, the complainant alleged that Young reportedly grabbed her arms and pulled her out of his room. In addition, she alleged that the player used โderogatory terms.โ
In addition, the complainant revealed that when she was trying to grab her belongings, Colbie Young, came from behind and grabbed her. She alleged that, โhe picked her up and began to squeeze her torso and abdomen very hard,โ adding that she felt he was trying to harm her.

For the unfamiliar, age 22 Young is an American football wide receiver who plays for the Georgia Bulldogs. Born in Binghamton, New York, Young previously played for the Miami Hurricanes and Lackawanna Falcons.
Standing at 6 ft. 3 in (1.91 m), Young, who often credits his family for their unwavering love and support, were raised in Binghamton, alongside his siblings, he attended Binghamton High School.

While he is currently believed to be single, the identity of his pregnant age 20 ex-girlfriend isn’t known.
As the woman was preparing to leave, Young allegedly came out of his room and grabbed her from behind. โShe said that he picked her up and began to squeeze her torso and abdomen very hard,โ the court records state. โShe said she felt like he was trying to harm her.โ

Let us inform you, the player has initially pursued basketball before transitioning fully to football. After high school, he spent a year at Lackawanna College in Scranton before committing to Miami.
As a freshman, he caught 472 yards, 24 passes and 9 touchdowns. During his time at Hurricanes, Young completed his first season with 22 receptions for 367 yards.
During the 2023 season, the wide receiver started 11 of 12 games, continuing to be a dominant presence. One highlight of the season was his 6-catch, 75-yard performance in the opener match against Ohio.
