Who is Gavin Cox?

They provided details about Mr. Cox’s last known location in Stratford, London, around 7:15 PM on Saturday, 30 November, and his attire, which included grey cargo trousers, a grey hoodie, and a black hooded gilet. Authorities encouraged those with information to contact them via 101 or to dial 999 if Mr. Cox was located.
