To ensure the safety of the ceremony, the banquet hall owner has been instructed to install CCTV cameras throughout the premises. The ‘Grih Pravesh’ ceremony of the bride is scheduled for March 13 at 11:00 am at Jatheri village in Haryana’s Sonipat, where the couple will enter their matrimonial home.
The court granted custody parole to Jatheri after considering his plea on humanitarian grounds. 40 year old Kala Jatheri was born in 1984 in Jatheri village, Sonipat Haryana. He is a 12th pass gangster with his height at 5 feet 8 inches. His real name is Sandeep and he has two brothers as well and started working as a cable operator after completing school.
He is close to imprisoned gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The Bishnoi gang is led by Kala Jatheri and has power in some areas of Delhi, Rajasthan, and Haryana.
Kala Jatheri is accused of serious offenses, including alleged involvement in organized crime syndicates, leading to charges under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). Despite his legal troubles, the court has allowed him custody parole for his marriage ceremony.
