Aditya Rana, who began his career being a sportsman running on trails of Rana Nangla village situated in Bijnor district, would hardly have thought that his family would become a reward of Rs 2.5 lakhs. As per villagers, Rana was a good player during his teenage years.

Aditya Rana career and cases

Aditya Rana was a good runner and he was also excellent at his studies. He also joined CRPF but later Rana got involved in a number of criminal incidents. The vicious man would manage to kill and later escape by dodging police officials. Rana kept beating police step by step while twice he had dodged police and he escaped from custody four times between police siege and firing.

But then he became a big headache for the police department. Finally, on Tuesday, police caught him in an encounter and he got injured during police firing. Aditya Rana was then suddenly taken to a hospital where he unfortunately died.

While joining CRPF, Aditya jumped into the quagmire of the crime and a case was registered against him in the murder of Dharamveer which took place in Kasamabad on the 11th of December in 2013. On June 22nd, 2014, Aditya Rana shot dead Dr. Jahangir in Moradabad’s Civil Lines, and then he later was arrested in both cases. In August 2017, during the hearing of his case, Rana escaped from court throwing chili in eyes of the soldiers.

After many other cases, three more times Aditya Rana was surrounded by police officials but he didn’t get caught. When police officials cracked down, he surrendered in court.

Aditya Rana was booked under the sections of murder, robbery, and assault. There are 12 cases registered in the police station of Syohara, three in Haldaur, three in Dhampur, 2 in Mandawali, and in many more police stations.

Currently, police are preparing to hand over Aditya Rana’s body to his family. Aditya was a Hindu by religion and Rajput by caste.
