The popular Marseille-based influencer Henni is well-known in the French football community and has established a kebab shop. He claims that his Klüb kebab is created with “baker round bread, as round as Mbappé’s skull.”
On behalf of KMA, the firm Mbappés formed to manage all of his sponsors, products, and image rights, Delphine Verheyden, his lawyer, sent Mohamed Henni a certified letter on Wednesday morning, according to ESPN’s Julien Lawrence. The letter stated:
Mr Henni uses Kylian Mbappe’s name for commercial and promotional ends, without having obtained explicit prior consent.
If Henni fails to obtain Mbappe’s consent for commercial usage, they risk legal action. The influencer has eight days to remove Mbappe’s name from the menu. Meanwhile, Henni responded:
A player of this level has the time to think about me. He [Mbappe] is using his time and money to attack me. I am not hurting anyone, I am a humorist. Are you not embarrassed? Launching a legal complaint for absolutely nothing?”

Who is Mohamed Henni?
Mohamed Henni is a French-Algerian YouTuber and internet celebrity who was born in May 1989.
The 34-year-old well-known for his reaction films to football games, especially Olympique de Marseille games, and for going insane after his favourite team loses, often damaging TVs in the process.
Before receiving a baccalauréat, he was raised in Marseille, which explains his love for the team, the city, and Miramas. He enrolled at an economics college, but left soon after, working at other jobs to support himself.
Henni is a fan of Olympique de Marseille and in October of 2012, he started sharing videos on Facebook of himself burning a Paris Saint-Germain jersey in a forest following the teams’ 2–2 draw.
His YouTube account was launched in January of 2016. He now has 2.1 million subscribers as of this writing. On his Instagram account, he has amassed 1.8 million followers.
Who are Mohamed Henni’s parents?
His parents are immigrants from Algeria who came from the Oran region. Henni has five other siblings and he is the youngest.
