A Florida-based Judge, Mindy S Glazer is making headlines following the arrest of influencer Nikita Dragun, know her age and husband
As per a report by NBC news, on Monday night, a social media influencer, Nikita was arrested from a hotel in Miami.
According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, the 26-year-old was arrested on the charges of felony assault of a police officer.

On Wednesday, the transgender model appeared before the Judge Mindy, where Nikita revealed that she was kept in a men’s unit and plead to be transferred.
However, the judge told her it was between jail and her. As per reports, the Judge Glazer even ordered on November 9, that the model should remain in the men’s prison and stated, “I don’t make the rules.”
As per reports, Nikita asked the Judge Mindy, “Your honor, may I ask one question? May I, do I have to stay here in the men’s unit still?.”
To which Judge Mindy responded, “Yeah, I don’t make the rules up there, but they should be making a proper accommodation for you, you should be in a separate area.”
Who is Judge Mindy Glazer?
Mindy Glazer, is a Judge of 11th circuit court of Florida. As per reports, she assumed office back in 2001 and her tenure will last until January 7, 2025.
Glazer, who’s a graduate from the University of Miami, had completed her degree in law in 1991, from St Thomas University School of Law.
In the same year, she got enrolled in the Florida Bar and soon enough became a circuit court Judge. Presently she is the Judge of the Criminal division.
As per report, previously she has also ran her own law firm titled Law Offices of Mindy S. Glazer, in between 1991 to 2000.
The 55 year old is married to husband, David Gaynor.
What Exactly Happened in Nikita’s Case?
For those who aren’t familiar with the situation, let us tell you, the transgender social media personality was arrested on a felony charge of assault on a police officer, after she allegedly caused distrubance for walking naked around the pool area for a long period of time.
According to the official documents obtained by the TMZ, a security guard and a police officer had knocked on her hotel’s room door, when Nikita opened the door, she allegedly threw an open water bottle causing water bottle to hit and water to spill on both, which resulted in her arrest.
The 26-year-old has been released from the prison after being placed on a $5,000 bond.
