Terry’s actions have left his victims and the parents of the victims in shock, with some sharing their impact statement in court.
Terry Neale arrested for sexually exploiting children
Back in 2020, the Australian Federal Police (AFP) arrested Porter after they recovered two videos that Terry recorded of young boys dressing up. In one of the videos that the AFP recovered, it showed children changing their dresses at a swimming pool in the Portsmouth area. Meanwhile, Terry stands beside them in wet clothes and goggles, giving the impression that he was with the children underwater.
The following year, in January 2021, the National Crime Agency arrested Terry, based on the videos that the Australian Federal Police (AFP) recovered. According to the NCA, Terry would hide a camera and record children undressing secretly while also interacting with them and giving n*ked boys towels in some videos. To make things worse, Terry sent the videos to a youth football coach named Stephen Porter. Although Porter lived half way across the world, the pair have reportedly known each other for over 20 years. The two initially met each other in Australia when Porter coached Australian Rules football youth players.

Terry Neale is a former sports coach and swimming instructor who hails from North End, Portsmouth. He is currently 55 years old and was recently sentenced to over three years of imprisonment. Terry previously worked at a local school in 2013 as a swimming coach. He also coached various youth football teams before the accusations of s*xually exploiting children.
Terry Neale sentenced to prison
On September 27, 2023, Terry Neale pleaded guilty to all his accusations of exploiting children. As a result, the Winchester Crown Court sentenced Terry to three years and six months of imprisonment on February 6, 2024. Along with the sentence, he also received an indefinite S*xual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO). The National Crime Agency also stated that he will remain on the S*x Offenders Register for life.

Terry Neale held a position of trust in the community but abused it by taking advantage of children on his watch.”
