He was born to parents, Tonya Davis, and Donald Robertson, and he is currently 38 years old. Glen has a son named Amari Davis.

Glen Davis played his college career for the Louisiana State University, where he won several honors with the team. Most notably, the coaches voted Davis as the 2006 SEC Player of the Year and even got named into the All-SEC first team.

Davis decided to go pro in 2007, without completing his senior year in college. He joined the NBA during the 2007 draft after the Seattle Supersonics signed him as their 35th overall. However, he got traded to the Boston Celtics, where he eventually became a key player. Although Davis didn’t get a lot of time in his rookie season, he managed to put some impressive performances. He got to experience being crowned as NBA champions during his very first year with the Celtics after defeating Kobe Bryant and the LA Lakers.
The following year, Glen Davis gained prominence and managed to register 15.8 PPG, 5.6 RPG and 1.3 steals per game. Next season, he played a role for the Celtics team that qualified for the NBA Finals in 2010. The next season, he signed for Orlando Magic in 2011, before a controversial stint with the LA Clippers after joining them in 2014. He had a spat with head coach Doc Rivers after the two started disagreeing on several decisions. Following the row, his career went downhill, as injuries ruled him out of action.
