Hairstylist Noushin Faraji has gone viral on Instagram after her FOX Sports s*x scandal lawsuit
In a complaint filed by a Fox Sports hairdresser Noushin Faraji, Skip Bayless is accused of offering to pay $1.5 million for a s*xual encounter with her.
A 42-page document filed by Hollywood hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who claims to have worked at Fox Sports from 2012 until last August, names Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Bayless, and Joy Taylor as defendants.

According to several media sources, a former hairstylist Noushin Faraji is suing a network executive and media figures Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless, alleging that they all contributed to the hostile work atmosphere where s*xual harassment was common.
Noushin is a Hollywood hair stylist who works with Vito Esposito in Beverly Hills. Noushin is a Muslim whose father has passed away. Faraji, who is Iranian and is now based in Los Angeles with her running Hair By Noushin, alleges she was also subjected to racial and ethnic discrimination while working at Fox.
Noushin Faraji is a 706 roster union hair stylist based in Los Angeles with experience in television, film and commercials was employed at Fox Sports from 2012 to August 2024.
The case was filed in Los Angeles County court on Friday by Noushin Faraji’s attorneys. From 2012 until August 2024, she worked for Fox Sports, where she claims she “was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity.”

FS1’s executive vice president of content Charlie Dixon, Bayless, Taylor, and Fox Sports and its companies are named as defendants in the complaint.
When Noushin Faraji went to Joy Taylor to tell her about Dixon reportedly g*abbing her buttocks at a party, Taylor allegedly ordered the hairstylist to “get over it” with her claiming both Dixon and Noshin were sleeping together with the host also having s*x with Emmanuel Acho in exchange for promotions at work.
Furthermore, according to the lawsuit, Faraji was told by an unnamed employee that she would lose her job if she didn’t have s*x with Dixon in exchange for a new contract. Additionally, according to the lawsuit, the unnamed worker said that Dixon “was doing this to other women talent.”
It appears that Fox did not fully look into Dixon’s s*xual solicitations, and Faraji’s lawsuit alleges that the CEO took advantage of his position to get women to have s*x with him.

Faraji was the victim of repeated s*xual approaches by Bayless while he was working on his show, “Undisputed,” the lawsuit claims. She informed Bayless that she had ovarian cancer after issues in her left ovary in an attempt to stop him, but the behaviour persisted. Attorneys for Noushin Faraji, who was a hair stylist at Fox for more than a decade are now seeking unspecified damages from Bayless and Fox Sports.
Bayless offered Faraji money
Bayless allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million for s*x in July 2021, according to the lawsuit. According to reports, Bayless made another approach a week after that one, during which Faraji mentioned that he had a wife.
Faraji further alleges that Bayless incorrectly implied in remarks that she had slept with Shannon Sharpe, Bayless’ Undisputed co-host, another TV star.
As per the suit: “Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr. Bayless responded: “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?”
“Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”
