Eric Fleming and Matt Perry were reportedly acquaintances, and Fleming coordinated the drug sales between the dealer and Perry’s assistant.
Fleming was responsible for bringing cash from perry’s assistant Iwamasa to Jasveen Sangha’s stash house in North Hollywood to buy several vials of ketamine.
He last helped obtain ketamine for Perry on October 24, 2023, just four days before Perry’s tragic death. Fleming was responsible for having sold 50 vials of ketamine to Iwamasa, half of which were delivered on that day.

Eric Fleming is a former Hollywood moviemaker, who is based in the southwestern Los Angeles County city of Hawthorne. He is currently 54 years old and was an acquaintance of Matthew Perry prior to his tragic death. Eric is currently one of the five individuals who are accused of leading Perry to his death by Ketamine overdose.

Eric Fleming was a renowned movie director who notably directed 1999 children’s family comedy “My Brother the Pig”. The movie starred famous actresses like Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes. Back in 2003, Eric produced season one, of the popular reality show, “The Surreal Life”, featuring Cory Feldman, Gabrielle Carteris, Vince Neil and MC Hammer. He was also a director-producer on the 1999 road trip film “Tyrone”, which starred “Entourage” stars Coolio, and Kevin Connolly. Eric Fleming later started a production company called Rich Hippie with Sydney Holland, which turned out unsuccessful.

Eric Fleming pleads guilty
Earlier this month on August 8, Fleming pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine. He also pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death. Following the developments, he now faces a maximum sentence of up to 25 years. Fleming also admitted to obtaining the ketamine from his source, Sangha, as well as distributing about 50 vials of ketamine to Perry’s live-in personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa.
