Emmanuel Acho and Israeli activist, actor, model, and producer Noa Tishby co-wrote the book Uncomfortable Conversations with a Jew, which was released in April 2024.

Fox Sports was named as a defendant in a California workplace misconduct complaint on Sunday, along with other on-air talent and an executive after hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who worked for the company from 2012 until 2024, filed the 42-page lawsuit. It alleges that current FS1 show Joy Taylor made racially offensive remarks and that previous FS1 host Skip Bayless and executive Charlie Dixon s*xually harassed Faraji.

Faraji further claims that in order to improve her career, Taylor had a s*xual relationship with Charlie Dixon and Emmanuel Acho, a former NFL linebacker who is now an analyst. According to the lawsuit, Taylor’s increased prominence within the network was facilitated by these contacts.

She went on to say that Bayless would press his body against hers and press against her b*easts while giving “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek.”

She claims that Joy Taylor instructed her to “get over it” after she told him about the incident.

Even though those accusations were startling, Joy Taylor was brought up frequently and she used to sleep with Joy Taylor in exchange for her promotion as per the ex-Fox Sports hairstylist.

Before landing her major role as the host and moderator of Undisputed, Faraji alleges that Joy Taylor engaged in a s*xual relationship with Charlie Dixon, the Fox executive responsible for content decisions and ultimately contributed to the breakdown of her marriage shortly after tying the knot.
