Reyna reportedly threw rocks at law enforcement vehicles and injured an officer, following which the authorities launched a manhunt.

Authorities have arrested LA rioter Elpidio Reyna after he surrendered at the U.S.-Mexico border. He will face a felony charge of assault on a federal officer after he threw rocks at passing law enforcement vehicles in Paramount on June 7. One of the U.S. Border Patrol officers whose vehicle was damaged during the attack seemingly took Reyna into custody.
The FBI had previously placed Reyna on their Most Wanted List since June 7 for allegedly assaulting a federal officer and targeting law enforcement vehicles during immigration operations. Along with placing him on the list, the FBI also offered a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to his identification, arrest, and conviction.

Elpidio Reyna now faces serious federal charges, including assault on a federal officer and destruction of government property. If he gets convicted, he could serve up to eight years in prison. During the manhunt, U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli emphasized the severity of Reyna’s actions and stated:
