Cocoa Beach police also arrested a girl leaving the party on a charge of driving under the influence and found a boy having an alcohol-related medical episode on Hill-Brodigan’s lawn.

According to the Cocoa Beach Police Department, Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, 47, the principal of Roosevelt Elementary School, and 45 year old Karly Anderson, a third grade teacher at the school, were taken into custody in relation to a boisterous home party that involved excessive drinking by minors. The incident occurred on Sunday, January 19, when police were called to Hill-Brodigan’s residence off Country Club Road over a house party.
On January 20, officers spoke with Anderson on the phone, at which point she told them she had not participated in the party at Hill-Brodigan’s home and said her friend, Hill-Brodigan, had invited her out for a drink and that Hill-Brodigan had consumed only one drink, according to the arrest affidavit.
The two have been placed on administrative leave by the district and face charges of child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Hill-Brodigan and Anderson were arrested within the following five days and later bonded out of Brevard County Jail.

When police arrived, they found more than 100 youths wearing matching t-shirts, many of whom were allegedly drinking alcohol from coolers that Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan had provided in
The arrest document, which contained explicit details of everything that happened at the party, was released by police with FOX 35. Investigators learned from one of the party’s attendees that “most students knew that Hill-Brodigan was the principal and that parties like this happened once or twice a month.”
Police were informed by students that Hill-Brodigan encouraged them to arrive early and assist in setting up the party, which had red and white coolers filled with booze.
The students said that Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan “was ok with what was happening and made no attempt to stop the party.”
Additionally, students reported that a male kid wearing a mask was filming with a weapon while aiming it at the person filming, and that marijuana was being consumed at the party.

Additionally, it was reported that Hill-Brodigan’s two kids hosted the party, which was promoted on SnapChat. The adolescent was “so heavily intoxicated,” according to the officers, that Brevard County Fire and Rescue had to come and treat him after they discovered him “suffering from an alcohol related medical event” in the front yard.
According to authorities, Hill-Brodigan allegedly shut off all of the exterior lights and hurried into her house as soon as EMS arrived.
According to police, once Hill-Brodigan turned off all of the outdoor lights, rescue and fire personnel had to treat the ailing adolescent using the lights from their cars.
Police also report that an underage teen was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop that took place close to the residence.
Anderson, who investigators said was drunk, went up to the responding cops and introduced herself as a teacher. Police subsequently learned that she taught third grade at Roosevelt Elementary School, where Hill-Brodigan served as principal.
Students told police that alcohol was available inside the home in multiple red and white coolers and marijuana was used at the party. A video recorded by a student showed a male juvenile with a mask on taking videos with a firearm, described by students as a Beretta. Such parties were said to have happened one or twice a month with Elizabeth not interested in breaking up any fights that took place and fine with whatever transpired.
According to officials, Hill-Brodigan was the subject of an arrest warrant for neglecting a child, assisting a juvenile in becoming delinquent, and hosting an “Open House Party.”
