The professional dart player whose nickname is ‘The Nuke,’ recently faced an unexpected defeat in a darts exhibition match against an 8-year-old, Noah, who originally hails from Northampton, shocked Littler in front of a large crowd at the Summer Showdown darts exhibition in Cardiff.

Selected from the audience, Noah was invited to challenge the Premier League Darts champion Littler. To everyone’s surprise, Noah triumphed over the dart sensation 1-0, scoring an impressive 90 on his final throws.

About Noah

When asked by the reporters if his year could get any better, Noah simply responded, “Not really, no.”

Remarkably, Noah only started playing darts two years ago at the age of 6. Reportedly , Noah practices for 16 hours a week. After winning against Litter, he is now set to compete for Buckinghamshire County next week.

Noah’s mother, Helen, described the experience as “amazing, absolutely amazing,” adding that it has been an incredible year for Noah, who is enjoying every moment.

After the match, Littler graciously gifted Noah some flights as a souvenir, with Helen noting, “He (Littler) was an absolute gentleman, so, so lovely.”

For the unfamiliar, born on January 21, 2007, Luke Littler, is an English professional darts player, is currently ranked world no. 23 and is set to compete next on August 30, 2024.

Litter, who currently plays for the Premier League darts champion and is the current junior and world youth champion is one of the 16 seeded players for the event, which runs from Aug 30 – Sept 1 with a prize money of £175,000 and £30,000 going to the winner.

The tournament in Hildesheim marks the ninth round of the PDC European Tour of Darts. Littler, who is current Bahrain and Poland Darts Masters champion, is the current Belgian and Austrian Darts Open champion.
