Divya Singh, from Chapra, Bihar, and a close friend of star cricketer Mukesh Kumar, will marry him at a Gorakhpur hotel. The engagement ceremony took place in February at a hotel in Gopalganj, where Mukesh Kumar and Divya Singh formally announced their engagement.
Born on October 12, 1993, Mukesh Kumar is originally from Kakarkund in the Gopalganj district of Bihar. In 2012, his father, who operated a taxi business in Kolkata, persuaded him to relocate to the capital of West Bengal. Notably, Delhi Capitals acquired Mukesh Kumar for INR 5 Crores in the previous year’s IPL auction. Subsequently, Mukesh earned a spot in the national team.
