Farhad Samji began his career with his brother in 2002 as a lyricist. After that, they began writing dialogues for Shiva in 2006. Their last film was Simmba in 2018.
In 2019, aside from writing dialogues for the Punjabi movie Singham, he directed the web series Booo Sabki Phategi and the action comedy movie Housefull 4 (starring Akshay Kumar) it was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, which was the fourth part of Housefull franchise and became a blockbuster.
