Diana attended the Santa Fe-based Tec de Monterrey. She joined the national squad when she was 16 years old, making her the youngest participant in an international athletic event.
Two weeks before the 2014 Italy World Cup, she suffered a fractured and sustained a second-degree sprain. However, she was keen to take part. Mexico’s performance that year, when they finished fourth, was greatly aided by Diana as she played a key role in that result.
At a very young age, when Diana Flores was eight years old, she developed a passion for flag football. To pursue the sport, she dropped her ballet lessons. Her father was a football player.
