Dhruvi Patel wins ‘Miss India Worldwide’
Indian-origin student Dhruvi Patel has won the ‘Miss India Worldwide’ title for 20204. Following her achievement of winning the title, Dhruvi expressed her excitement, stating:
Winning Miss India Worldwide is such an incredible honour. It’s more than a crown—it represents my heritage, my values, and the opportunity to inspire others on a global scale.”
The event is the longest-running Indian pageant organized outside of India, and took place in Edison, New Jersey, USA. Each year, the India Festival Committee host the Miss India Worldwide pageant annually under the leadership of Indian-Americans Neelam and Dharmatma Saran.

Dhruvi Patel is a young Indian-origin engineering student who was born in Gujarat, India, and later moved to the USA at a very young age. She is currently 24 years old as of 2024 wih her height at 5 feet 6 inches and has always maintained a strong ties to her Indian heritage despite moving to the US. As a young girl, Dhruvi excelled in academics as well as in extracurricular activities, particularly in pageantry. Aside from that, she also loves to spend her time in playing sports and thrives to maintain an active lifestyle.
Family
Dhruvi comes from a very close-knit family with her parents, originally hailing from Gujarat. She has two sisters, named Bhumika and Drishtii Patel, as well as one brother, named Darsh Patel. Her sister Drishtii, also made her mark in the pageantry, after winning Miss Indian Teen New England back in 2023. Dhruvi shares a deep bond with her siblings and often collaborates on various charitable initiatives through their nonprofit organisation, 3DCharities. The organization focuses on community service, as well as reinforcing their family’s commitment to giving back towards society.
Dhruvi is a Gujarati NRI and resides in Hamden, Connecticut with her siblings and parents and has also won Miss Rhode Island in 2023.
