Davo doesn’t demand a single credit for helping out Mon but he wants an introduction between his 14-year-old son and Mon’s 13-year-old daughter.
Sculdun thinks that the introduction will help him eventually and lead to marriage between his son and Mon’s daughter but the senator is unpleasant at this idea and instantly rebuffs the suggestion. As time runs out and some other options out there, Mon will be left with no other choice than to go back to Davo and make deal with his terms.
