Darius Aaron Morris was an American basketball player who was born on January 3, 1991 in Los Angeles, California, U.S. The 33-year-old measured 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) tall.

Darius Morris spent his two seasons as a Wolverine, making the third team all-Big Ten in 2010–2011. He scored an average of 15.0 points, 6.7 assists, and 4.0 rebounds per game in his sophomore season before joining the NBA.
The Lakers drafted Morris with the 41st overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft. He played with the Lakers for his first two NBA seasons, where he is best remembered for suiting up for 48 games (19 starts) in 2012–13.
The late basketball player averaged 10.5 points and 3.0 assists in the Lakers’ opening-round loss to the San Antonio Spurs, starting two of the team’s four games. During the 2013–14 season, he then played for the rivals Los Angeles Clippers then for Philadelphia 76ers, and Memphis Grizzlies.
