Darius Miles career
Despite being into the third season at the team, he just played six games this season and 53 games overall, so far.
Throughout the course of 53 games, he averaged 4.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 0.6 assists.
Miles played primarily off the Alabama bench during the previous two and a half seasons. During his sophomore campaign in 2021-2022, he played in 53 games and made two starts.
Miles’ importance had decreased this season. On Nov. 7 against Longwood, he came off the bench and played seven minutes for the Tide. However, an ankle injury forced him to miss the following four games.
After his comeback, which came when he played four minutes of a loss to UConn on Nov. 25, Miles’ playing time was limited.
He got little participation in four other games in December and was absent from Alabama’s victories over North Carolina (Nov. 27) and Houston (Dec. 10), two No. 1 rated teams.
