Villa was accused of “gender violence, coercive threats, and minor injuries aggravated by their relationship” toward Daniela Cortes. The court sentenced him to a two-year and one-month prison term with conditional execution, subject to compliance with specific conduct rules.
These regulations include avoiding any contact with Daniela Cortes and her family, abstaining from drug and alcohol usage, undergoing psychological therapy, and attending seminars geared toward resolving his behavioral disorders.
