Now in an update to the terrorist attack case that occurred in Jammu and Kashmir, it has come to light that the CRPF constable Kabir Das Uikey who was injured has succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.

As per reports, Kabir Das who was a resident of Pulpuldoh in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday, June 12. The 35-year-old martyr joined the CRPF in 2011.

Reports claim that the funeral of the martyr Kabir Das is set to be held tomorrow. As per the accounts given by Uikey’s mother, the 35-year-old constable was the oldest of 4 siblings and got married in 2021.
While speaking with the media, Uikey’s mother, Inderwati revealed “We went into shock. My children began shouting bhaiya ko goli lag gayi (Our brother was shot). My son died in the service of the nation. The officers told us his body will come tomorrow.”
Kabir’s brother Amir Uikey told the reporters that his eldest brother had visited home two weeks before the tragic accident. In his statement, Amit also revealed that Kabir was the “first person in our family to join the security forces.”
Furthermore, he also revealed that their father died a few years ago and the entire family depended on Kabir.
What Did Reports Reveal?
As per media reports, Kabir’s funeral is scheduled to be held tomorrow, Friday, June 13. His body will be transported from Nagpur to Khamarpani by a special vehicle, where he will be given a final farewell with full honors.
The entire family Is in mourning after hearing the news of their son’s martyrdom. As per his family members, Kabir Das Uikey had come home on a 20-day leave just a few days ago.

He was recently transferred to Bhopal and was soon to be stationed near his home, but he was martyred in the terrorist attack in Kathua before that could happen.
Martyr Jawan Kabir Das Uikey was the eldest of 4 siblings. His younger brothers are engaged in farming. The entire family depended on Kabir’s salary, along with farming on their 5 to 6 acres of land.
His youngest brother Is still unmarried, while the others are married. MP Vivek Bunty Sahu visited the home of Kabir Das Uikey consoled his family and paid his respects to Uikey’s parents.
The Incident took place just a few days after a bus full of pilgrims came under attack in the Reasi district. In the attack 9 people were killed, leaving 33 others injured.
