Cariappa, well known for his time with the IPL teams Rajasthan Royals, Punjab Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders, contacted the police after his ex-partner allegedly threatened to damage his career.

Along with threatening him, he said the woman whose alleged name is Disha had threatened his family members with severe consequences. The same woman had earlier, a year ago, filed a lawsuit against him, and that was when Cariappa made the complaint.

Cariappa revealed his relationship with the woman to the police. He could not, however, carry on the relationship because of her drinking and drug use. She refused to listen to his attempts to talk her out of her drinking habit. In addition, she made threats to end her own life and held him responsible.

Who is KC Cariappa?

Indian professional cricket player Konganda Charamanna Cariappa, also known as K.C. Cariappa, was born on April 13, 1994, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He currently plays for the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League. The 29-year-old measures 6 ft 0 in (1.83 m) tall. He is currently unmarried and single but was said to be dating a girl named Disha.
