Cori Keller, a 25-year-old Stuttgart native, has been crowned Miss Arkansas 2023, succeeding Ebony Mitchell of Conway. Keller’s talent act for the pageant was her tap dancing to the tune of “Workin” at the Robinson Center in Little Rock.
