Young and gifted coach Nestor is currently employed in Cambodia. In 2007, he coached the UK Elite Soccer and served as FA Ireland’s development officer. Several of the most well-known Irish football players, like Gary O Neil, Shane McLoughlin, and Garvin Dillon, have collaborated with him. In 2018, the 38-year-old manager was chosen to lead Svay Rieng. The Svay Rieng Team won the Cambodian Championship in the 2018–19 campaign under his direction. He also has a stellar resume on the continental level.

Under Manolo Marquez’s direction, Hyderabad FC is presently competing in the Hero Super Cup 2023. However, Marquez will soon leave the team and join FC Goa for the upcoming campaign. Hyderabad FC must find a competent successor because his departure will leave a sizable hole.

Conor Nestor is the best candidate to take on the role because of his extensive knowledge of developing young players and leading average teams to success. Yet given the effect Manolo has had on the Nizams, Conor will undoubtedly have enormous shoes to fill.

Aizawl FC is defeated by Hyderabad FC.

In the Payyanad Stadium in Manjeri, Kerala, on Sunday, Hyderabad FC defeated Aizawl FC 2-1 in the opening match of Group B.

Joel Chianese’s close-range goal for the Hero ISL team gave them the lead early in the first half as they appeared to be completely in control. Abdul Rabeeh initiated the play by making a wicked run down the right flank before laying the ball off to Borja Herrera for a goal. Aizawl FC keeper Hritapuia stopped Herrera’s shot, but Chianese scored quickly off the rebound.

After Aaren D’Silva was fouled in the penalty area, Hyderabad FC’s captain Joao Victor added to the lead from the spot. At the conclusion of stoppage time, Aizawl FC’s lead was reduced when Ivan Vera scored from more than 20 yards out by finding the far top corner.
