On Monday, the San Francisco bakery Brioche S.F. posted a video on Tik Tok in which Collier Gwin, the proprietor of the Foster Gwin Gallery in the Financial District, was seen relaxing comfortably against the fence of a restaurant while shooting water at the terrified woman.
Neighborhood businesses promptly condemned his actions, and scores of incensed social media users sought retribution by leaving a lot of negative reviews online, which caused the gallery’s Google ranking to drop to just one star.
