Andrea Cecilia Cristina Botez is a Canadian-American chess player who was born in 6 April 2002 in Vancouver, Canada. She is also a commentator, Twitch streamer, boxer, and YouTuber and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
Andrea started playing chess when she was just six years old following in the footsteps of her sister Alexandra Botez.

Andrea also has a Twitch Channel where he has blown up with her now famous channel, BotezLive. The channel has over one million subscribed followers, while her videos have had a staggering 19 million views plus. She also has a YouTube channel with the same name where she posts videos on content related to chess.
The 20-year-old also has an Instagram account with over 500,000 followers where she posts updates on glam lifestyle. She is also a big fan of cosplay and loves to dress-up in differne tkinds of costumes and cosplay outfits for her fans. Mogul Chessboxing Championships was a competition organised by YouTuber Ludwig Ahgren on 11 December 2022 at the Galen Center, LA. Much to the disappointment of her fans, Andrea lost by checkmate to Belenkaya.
