Before landing her major role as the host and moderator of Undisputed, Faraji alleges that Joy Taylor engaged in a s*xual relationship with Charlie Dixon, the Fox executive responsible for content decisions and ultimately contributed to the breakdown of her marriage shortly after tying the knot.

“In approximately May 2016, Ms. Taylor asked Ms. Faraji to meet for a drink in Santa Monica. When Ms. Faraji arrived, she found Ms. Taylor with an older man, Fox Sport’s Executive Vice President of Content, Mr. Dixon. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Dixon is responsible for overseeing all content and production on FS1. Ms. Faraji, however, did not know Mr. Dixon.

“From their body language, Ms. Faraji suspected that the pair were sleeping with each other, and although this concerned Ms. Faraji as she knew Ms. Taylor was recently married, Ms. Faraji kept her opinions to herself.

“Mr. Bayless later disclosed to Ms. Faraji that he did not want Ms. Taylor on the show, but Mr. Dixon was adamant that Ms. Taylor should star. At first, Mr. Dixon arranged a dinner between Mr. Bayless and Ms. Taylor where she arrived in provocative clothing and acted in a provocative manner. When that did not change Mr. Bayless’s opinion of Ms. Taylor, Mr. Dixon asked him to approve of her as a favor to him. Reluctantly, Mr. Bayless agreed to do so as a favor to his friend.

“Around August 2016, Ms. Faraji attended a dinner with Ms. Taylor and her husband and Mr. Dixon and his wife. During the dinner, Ms. Taylor’s husband became suspicious that Ms. Taylor and Mr. Dixon were having a s*xual relationship. Soon after the dinner, Ms. Taylor’s husband found evidence of the inappropriate relationship and divorced Ms. Taylor,” the lawsuit claims.

She claims that Joy Taylor instructed her to “get over it” after she told him about the incident. Additionally, according to Faraji, Skip Bayless “put his body against hers and pressed against her bre*sts while giving her lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek” and also offered Faraji $1.5 million in July 2021 to have s*x with her.

She allegedly told Bayless she had ovarian cancer and repeatedly turned down his approaches, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims that Bayless accused Faraji of having an affair with Shannon Sharpe, his co-host at the time, and offered her $1.5 million to have s*x with him. In addition, the lawsuit claims that after their friendship ended, Taylor was “insulting Faraji on a personal and professional level” by making fun of her pronunciation.

“This was not an isolated incident,” Faraji said in a statement. “This was a culture of abuse and exploitation, enabled by those at the top.”

The case comes after Sharpe and Bayless left Fox Sports in August and earlier, respectively. Fox Sports President and COO Mark Silverman and CEO and Executive Producer Eric Shanks are mentioned in the lawsuit as possible defendants, but they are not named.

Dixon received a B.S. in European History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1993 and went to Choate Rosemary Hall from 1990-1003. Fox Sports promoted Charlie Dixon to Executive VP and Head of Content back in 2021 with him currently based in Los Angeles. In his new role, Dixon oversees all original programming, digital content and podcasts for Fox Sports, in addition to running FS1’s daily studio shows.

After Bayless offered Faraji an apology for accusing her of having s*x with his co-host Shannon Sharpe, he allegedly told Noushin Faraji that Dixon, the Fox executive, has kept his wife on the company’s payroll to keep her silent about his affairs with Joy Taylor and other Fox employees. The name of Dixon’s wife and his salary at FOX aren’t known though.
